We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive both our digital presence and community outreach.
Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support and grow the firm’s marketing efforts. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to apply both creative and strategic skills across digital marketing, content development, and event management. The right candidate will not only help maintain the firm’s online presence but also take a lead role in planning and executing outside events that strengthen community connections and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create, publish, and manage engaging content across social media, newsletters, blogs, and the firm’s website.
  • Manage social media accounts, SEO, paid advertising campaigns, and Google My Business listings.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure accurate and compelling communication of legal services.
  • Lead the coordination and execution of outside events, including sponsorships, networking functions, seminars, and client appreciation events.
  • Handle vendor relationships, logistics, budgets, and post-event follow-up.
  • Support and/or oversee webinars and other virtual or in-person initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance; provide data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.• Event planning or coordination experience.
  • 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated leadership in digital campaigns and events.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize marketing performance.
