About our Speaker
As Vice President of Business Development for SIMON’s Midwest Region, Josh Ginsburg has responsibility for working with nearly 25 Marketing Directors across 30 malls (spread through seven states), leading a team of four Area Directors of Business Development (Chicago and Indianapolis) and individually working with consumer marketing client organizations, retailers and their agencies that reside within. Leveraging the more than 2 Billion annual shopper visits, and roughly 100 Million unique shoppers across SIMON’s U.S. malls, together with a mix of assets that include Space, Sponsorship opportunities and Media, Josh has helped a number of brands effectively tell their story. Prior to his decade-plus with SIMON, he spent five years in collegiate sports marketing, has served as a Board Member for the CNO Financial Monumental Marathon, and currently coaches, consults, and guest instructs on individual projects. He loves to learn, invites curiosity, and is excited to be presenting to AMA Wichita.
