About Sam Foreman
Sam Foreman is a business attorney and Special Counsel with Fleeson Gooing, a full-service law firm in Wichita. Using his business and financial background and working on matters ranging from business formations to mergers and acquisitions, Foreman provides creative and practical solutions for his clients, including for trademark registration, intellectual property protection and intellectual property commercialization, such as licensing and business acquisition and sale. Fleeson Gooing’s intellectual property litigation represents clients in a broad spectrum of intellectual property matters, including disputes regarding names and logos, confidentiality agreements, licensing agreements, intellectual property transfer agreements, unfair competition and enforcement of trademark, copyright and trade secret rights.
A 2011 Washburn University School of Law graduate. Foreman is a community advocate and actively promotes community pride and supports the growth of the entrepreneurial, creative and technology communities in Wichita.
