The UX Designer at Signal Theory is responsible for leading experience research and architecting experiences. The UX Designer reports to Associate Creative Director and works alongside the UI Designer and the Innovation & Technology Team at the firm.
The UX designer will:
Identify target user groups and carry out interviews or other types of inquiry to help understand user needs
Ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences
Produce high-quality solutions through diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps
Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior
Perform tests on user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages and banners
Understand product specifications and user psychology and predict what might work for both
Perform experience analysis/evaluations for websites, apps, and other user-based task
Develop personas and usage scenarios
The requirements and experience the UX will need to have include:
Relevant examples of successfully implemented user experience work
1 to 5 years of experience in user experience position or related field
