A Little About the Position:

As Digital Developer, you’ll work alongside a creative team to enhance the user experience and serve as an expert in the development, maintenance and management of company websites, e-commerce, and HTML email campaigns. More specifically, you’ll play a key role in the development of our new company website, currently underway and expected to launch in the next several months.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, and maintain company websites, including:
– User Experience (UX)
– Content and asset management
– Microsoft AX and Microsoft D365 data integration
– Magento e-commerce solutions
– Search engine optimization (SEO)
– Domain and web hosting management

Develop, and deploy HTML email campaigns with HubSpot and other tools.

Understanding of digital marketing initiatives:
– Paid Search (AdWords)
– Paid Social (LinkedIn and Facebook)
– Programmatic and Display Advertising

Understanding of company YouTube channel.

Anything else you might be awesome at.

Required Education and Experience:

– BA in computer science, web development, communications, or a related field
– 5+ years website development
– Macintosh platform (mac OS)
– Proficient in HTML, CSS and PHP
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) or similar
– Search engine optimization (SEO)
– Microsoft AX and Microsoft D365 or similar ERP
– Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
– Content Management System (CMS)
– Must be creative, organized, extremely detail oriented, and accurate
– Must be able to multi-task, problem solve, complete deadline-specific tasks, and willing to proactively take on new challenges

Preferred Skills:

– Adobe Commerce, Magento Commerce
– JavaScript and jQuery
– HubSpot CRM and/or similar lead nurturing software
– HTML e-mail, workflow, and lead-nurturing campaigns
– Paid search, paid social, programmatic and display advertising
– Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
